Voipfone account, received calls are cancelled when answered. Try to make a call and is instantly cancelled too.
Have gone through various settings but still no joy.
Just purchased app for Blackberry PlayBook
Sip account is showing as registered and rings when called.
    Any ideas??

Please enable SIP messages in the Support window, that should bring some
light on why the calls are being dropped. If you send me this log I'll
      be able to advise.

Just purchased this for Playbook. If i Call a 1-800 number, I can not dial an extension after the other end answers. How do I dial an extension? If I pick dialpad and try dialing extension, nothing happens, This app thinks I am trying to make another call?

When you are on call you can press a context menu button (three vertical
dots) and that will open the dialpad which will allow you to send DTMFs.
