The TailooApp does not open on WINDOWS 8.1. The TailooApp shows the initial black screen, some error code, then it dies.

  If the TailooApp is not opening properly,
  
  1-please make sure you have the RXTX package installed.
  
  2-If not, download it:
  http://www.jcontrol.org/download/rxtx_en.html
  
  3-unpack rxtx-*-win32.zip,
  -copy rxtxSerial.dll to %JAVA_HOME%\bin,
  (%JAVA_HOME% is the folder where JRE is installed on your system; e.g. c:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.8)
  -copy RXTXcomm.jar to %JAVA_HOME%\lib\ext
  
  Now try to open the TailooApp again. It should work fine!
