through our wide network of distributors in other GCC

We are currently working on a TENDER for THREE (3) years supply 
of attached Complete  items requirements fora company and its 
subsidiaries.  We are looking for a company who can partner us in 
providing the attached lists of item requirement meeting our 
client technical specification & requirements.
Kindly find in attachment the item information/specification for 
your kind review and recommendation of suitable item from your 
product range.
 
We kindly request your esteemed company to provide us quotation 
for Three (3) years pricing of the attached requirements taking 
into consideration the following terms:
Ш  Provided quantities is indicative & estimated quantity to be 
consumed for Three (3) years consumption.
Ш  Kindly provide fixed pricing for Three (3) years or current 
competitive pricing with the estimated escalation percentage for 
subsequent 2 years .
Ш Annual indicative quantities are to be purchased in 2 lots in a 
year, hence please advise your minimum order quantity  for each 
item requirement.

Ш  Delivery term - C&F to Jebel Ali, Free zone, Dubai UAE
Ш  Offer validity of 120 days.
