adding plasticity example

but not as benchmark

added following capabilities:

1) maximum porosity cutoff (PHI_CR)

2) rate-insensitivity flag (only for D_IMPL_OPT = 4)

3) damage nucleation term (DNUC1-4)

change back to select Sierra_EMMI

adding another example to run just MR plasticity with meshfree (no gradients)

- initial check in of example/benchmark files

changed examples and example locations

adding input for params file

adding example for running meshfree (no gradients yet) with plasticity_MR
