Added rate-dependence effects (Duvaut-Lions formulation, see Simo & Hughes, p. 217) to model. .in files should add a rate-dependence parameter just before debug parameter. This should be 0 to recover the rate-independent version of the model.

Also cleaned up and added some checks to reading and writing of input parameters.

- Put gradient theory back into GradSmallStrainT and GradJ2SS1D
-- obtaining convergence to a unique solution with mesh refinement.
-- stress non-uniform along bar in localization zones: possible equilibrium problem
- Changed GradC0SmallStrainT to GradSmallStrainT with a single plastic multipler field. Will be used for debugging.

+ In GradSmallStrainT, added additional field for the derivative of the plastic multiplier. With single field, RHS was not accumulated properly. Seperating this field into 2, the solution with C1 discretization of lambda WORKS!
+ In material GradJ2SS1D and GradC0J2SS1D, fGradientModulus_hh = E + k1 for both elastic and plastic
+ In material GradJ2SS1D and GradC0J2SS1D, once IP is plastic, remains plastic, so that solutions within the yield surface can be returned to the yield surface
