correction to the stiffness

use accessor method instead of directly accessing data that used to be
public

added Pow function to FEA_dScalarT and corrected Magnitude function in FEA_dVectorT

added a parameter to hold the traction fixed for a given number of
iterations (and to return zero stiffness), so the cohesive zone
behaves like an applied external force

(1) corrections to Outer
(2) moved some member data out of public access and associated chnnges

attempted to add Outer product capability to FEA_dMatrixT

and Magnitude to FEA_dVectorT

not working

added yield function correction present in standard BCJ implementations.
