trimCylByHeight: simply trim cylindrical sample by given height; no boundary files needed

triaxialCyl: change the definition of boundary 2 and 3; currently they stand for the bottom and top plate respectively

updatectl: add radi_tran; REAL type;
getCylNormalForce(): get sum of the normal force (absolute value) acting on the cylinder; for calculating the average normal stress of the cylinder
cylrgd_bdry<T>::getRadius(): get the cylinder's radius.
