This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'ROOT_atom_1'.

Default argument was redefined in .cpp file and no longer compiled.

FEA_dMatrixT::Mag_and_Direction() was allowing a divide by zero, need delta_t in
linearization, many of these files were copied w/ cp and cvs thinks they were
modified.

materials directory moved to ./multiscale/materials because it doesn't
require any FEA functionality. Obsolete location removed from repository.

Moving the materials directory, put VMS_VariableT np1,n to local scope
for simplicity, added Print() to FEA_ShapeFunctionT, made VMS_VariableT
constructor simpler, fixed FEA_dMatrixT::FEA_Delete()

Error flags plus juxtaposed LHSDriver() and RHSDriver()

changed fStack from an FEA_StackT to an FEA_StackT*, which is allocated
by StaggeredMultiScaleT, so that no memory is allocated unless it is
needed. Also, tried to fix some memory leaks.

FormLHS now takes the global matrix type, so calculation of stiffness
matrix can reflect the amount of information that the solver can
actually handle (in order): diagonal, symmetric, non-symmetric.
