first try to run tahoe in paralle

Adding revised MMA files; matlab stresses are non-zero, but stresses are zero in Tahoe..

Modifying the stiffness part.

added exact implementation of modulus calculation

revised C code with cut-off terms removed. Works now. Seeing quadratoic
convergence even with the finite difference approximation to the modulus.

Debugging files. Better functionality but still some strange ehaviors.

(1) fixed error in unit cell coordinates
(2) added debugging statements

final additions to get code compiling and running. Initial test still
returning NaN's from the C code.

disable most development options by default. Can enable for a particular
build using tahoe-manager.
