adding two new input parameters for type of analysis(consolidation/dynamic) and type of initial condition(geostatic/disp_vel_press)

adding flags for type of analysis(consolidation/dynamic) and type of initial values(geostatic/disp_vel_press).
there is a problem with trapezoid integrator

trying to write calulated initial values to the output.

corrected AddNodalForce. Too many nested loops.
