removing aps.info debug file write statements

adding backstress to output

Printing Eulerian effective strain, Cauchy effective stress and state variables(phi_s and phi_f) in each IP of each element implemented. Extrapolation subroutine should be modified for correct values of these outputs on each node.

Beta was removed from the implementation. It should not be implemented when we solve for displacements.

correction for small strain test of element assembly, etc.; it now works correctly for the small strain test

Det*Weight removed from calculating Fd_int in small deformation implementation.

for solid phase,small strain elastic deformation has been implemented. Solver doesn't work correctly.

changing sign of the force vector

commented out arbitrary prescription of nodal displacements within element
subroutine; there is a problem with the stiffness matrix and/or forcing vector
