added stress-free bulk lattice parameter as input parameter

Checking in files before updating code from Sourceforge. Updates include
using the asinh function instead of arcsinh in SSEnnLocDieterichT for
greater accuracy, and adding the ability to use a seed element for
homogeneous stress states.

deleted assemblying of C matrices into one matrix; some typos corrected

call c_ijkl() before c_UU1_ijkl(), c_UU2_ijkl(), etc., and call s_ij() before YieldF()

correcting array index

1. Updated FCC3D_Surf PK2 and energy density to use area normalizations

updates for compiling from command line

1. Corrections to rotation angle to get correct bond tables

Changes are:
1. Modify constructor of FCCLatticeT_Surf such that it takes the normal code now
2. Using the normal code and rotation matrices, construct appropriate surface clusters for all faces in FCCLatticeT_Surf

1. Revised FCCLatticeT_Surf such that the bond table now contains bonds not only for surface cluster but also the second cluster for each face, i.e. repeat bonds allowed.
