the "growth" deformation has been corrected to
F_g = [c_0/c_0(0)]^(1/3) 1
This also changes the tangent moduli when the concentration is with respect
to the current configuration

density here and in the solid material have different meaning and can't
be the same.

added accessor the species density

check that density for the mixture species in the associated element class
is the same as the density here.
