finished 2D generalization. Removed old variables from header

MD only Dynamic Bridging Scale Simulations, 2D generalization of THK BC

corrected a factor of the det(F^g) in calculation of the species stresses/moduli

removing duplicate files

add option to compute stress gradient using an element-by-element projection
instead of a global projection of stresses to the nodes

adding include for dSymMatrixT.h

updated makefile

making file names consistent

passing out the 8 moduli separately

Finished work on 3D multiface THK BC application. Only works for 3D. Takes 1-6 boundaries. Tested for 1,2,5. For corner atoms, assumes missing atoms displacement is zero. Uses simple sum of THK forces at corners/edges.
