#6 multiline comments

When using the source/format function in Eclipse, tag
comments are splitted into muliple lines if they are
too long, but only the first line is visible in the
tagsea waypoints.

It would be nice if one could use special delimiter
like " in

// @tag tour(filter(06)): "Some very very very very very
// long comment"

that define the range of the comment.

I tried the option with appending "[]" to the comment,
but this does not work because of bug #1528953.
