#5 Routes Viewer: add waypoints to route from Tags View

It would be nice if you could add Waypoints from the
Tags Viewers tags view (left hand frame) and not just
from the waypoints view (right hand table).

Furthermore, that you could drag a waypoint to the
Routes Viewer tab, and have it change focus to that
tab. This way you wouldn't have to have the tabs in
separate areas of Eclipse - and screen area is a
precious resource.
