Alright, Considering a Rebirth

I am reviewing this plug-in and considering ways to bring it back to life. I really like the idea of what it was supposed to be and I still think it can be useful. I may rebuild this project site or I may move development over to my EclipseFrills (http://eclipsefrills.sourceforge.net) project and make this another one of the frills... though this project is bigger than the frills... so may be I will just keep it here.

There is much to be determined and I want to get a 1.0 release of that plug-in out before I get into this one too much.
