could you get an update from cvs pls and try again.
doesn't have the org.w3c.dom i/fs in the libs, but they should be
available with most any jdk these days.

the default ant target, and the only one that will build, is 'util'

if it builds  see if you can run
java -cp build/classes org/tagbox/util/test/MinMaxPoolTest

let me know how it goes -
