TAG - 1.0.0 released

TAG finally stepped out of Beta versions.

TAG is a tool destined to be a CAD of future(not too far by now, but still far). It features a user friendly interface with high level 3D graphics to enhance the design/view experience of users, creating building architectures.

This relese includes the bug removal of
-- crashing the application if preferences not found
-- creapy view of un supported dimensions of textures

this release also includes
-- A one step wizard for new document creation
-- Support of GIF, JPEG Image for textures in model view mode
-- New checks on the preferences dialog and object properties panel
