#57 Feature: possibility to run Manual Test Cases

Implement possibility to run Manual Test Cases in format, created by translation from Unified Test Scenario to Manual Test Cases.

Steps:
1. In test suite, specify name of manual test cases
2. Run TAF.exe
Expected:
Execution List is created with all steps and verifies.
Actual:
Execution List contains only constants.
