#63 Dragging to scroll

"There's one feature you might consider adding, though, depending on how involved it would be — dragging to scroll.

Imagine, for example, that if you drag with the left mouse button while holding Control-Shift, the window beneath scrolls accordingly (ie vertically, horizontally, or more likely both at the same time). This would be similar to apps like Photoshop (though there it's dragging while holding the Space bar, which wouldn't be practical in many other programs). I think many people would find this a significant usability improvement (especially for those whose mice lack horizontal scrolling)."

This would also be very nice as a limited version of touchpad scrolling (ala apple) for machines without sufficiently fancy touchpads...

If it's possible to implement, it'd be great.
