If you're looking for more features, it would be really neat if you could adjust the bar/divider between two window panes (ex. in Computer Management or the "Folder" view in Explorer separating the tree view and the content). I know that's asking a lot, especially for applications like Visual Studio. Perhaps the window UI isn't generic enough for this?

I suppose this should have been filed under "Feature Requests".

I agree that this would be great to have, and it is probably possible technically. However, I see no way that this could be done in a sensible manner. If your mouse is not on a divider, which one are you going to drag? If you can think of a way to make this work intuitively, please let me know!

Have you ever used FastCapture from FastStone (google for version 5.3, it's free). It's [Alt]+[PrintScreen] allows you to select which window/object you'd like to save as a screenshot. You should be able to simply iterate up through the moused-over-window's parents until you find that it shares a parent with a certain list of classes (ex. Visual Studio uses VBSlider). I would assume what they're doing isn't that complex, but then again it's been a long time since I've messed with window handles.
