#28 Lowering windows raises the active window

When you push an inactive window to the back (middle-click on the title bar), the active window is raised to the front.

This is due to a hack: when pushing an inactive window to the back, it would get activated no matter what, so I reset the focus back to the previously active window. This has the side effect of also raising that window, because Windows tries really hard to keep the active window in the foreground.

Fixed in the development version. Simple matter of storing and then restoring the Z order of the active window.
