<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>据悉，鼎益丰关联主体，包括“元丰”“元汇”“元亨”“万鼎”“天鼎”“嘉鼎”“华音”等分部，通过茶会、晚会、读书会、上市发布会等线上线下活动，宣扬“肽”“光波磁电疗法”等产业概念，以“禅意投资法”等吸引投资人认购“鼎益丰”关联主体的“原始股权”或“期权”。</FONT></P> color=silver>王先生表示，在2023年10月，鼎益丰售卖的理财产品出现了分红延期，随后十一月、十二月分红目前均未到账。“现在是不管哪个部投的产品，分红和本金都拿不到。如果出现问题，公司现在没钱可以理解，但可以先分红啊，现在连分红都是杳无音讯。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>当问到鼎益丰为何不兑付时，另一名年龄较大的投资者对记者指出，“好像叫什么数字币，咱也不懂，但我觉得不管是啥币，（合同约定）该给的得给。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>“我们一直在给，就是给得慢。”鼎益丰一工作人员表示，自己也买了鼎益丰产品，全部身家都在鼎益丰投资，“作为投资人我们也是顶着压力在上班。但凡有钱进来，公司财务照着发，钱进来一笔，财务发一笔，我们能怎么办。我们现在都在等主席（隋广义），等公司的高层给我们一些细则来解决年前这些问题。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: color=silver>“您可以通过我购买鼎益丰产品，有问题也可以找我。”一位自称是鼎益丰投资者兼创业者的人对投资者身份的记者表示，公司的产品分长线和短线，目前有三种产品。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>该人士介绍，第一种产品具有稳定的现金流，比如投资十万，每个月就会有3000的现金流（回报），合同的时间是一年半。“一年半的合同期间，可以到手5.4万现金流和10万本金，也就是到期可以获得15.4万。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>根据收益来看，可以算出这款产品收益率可以达到年化36%。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>而第二种产品收益率更高，年化收益率超过了80%。“封闭期一年半，签10万的合同，但您只需支付8.2万就行，到期后给您18.2万，这是固定的，但是合同期内您的本金不能动。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>此外，该人士指出还有“1+3+6”的产品，如果起投10万，每季度就会给3000的现金流，四个季度就有1.2万现金流，且该产品分红比例还有88%，也就是一年到期后可以到手20万。“第十年的话就是110万。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>“师傅（隋广义）修成了产业投资法，用变相的思维逻辑来看待整个世界的一个变异。”该人士表示，目前要购买鼎益丰产品没有官方链接，要购买需要他帮忙对接好之后，单独点对点签合同才奏效，可以通过视频或者其他方式操作。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>而当记者提出需要去公司面谈时，该人士表示公司最近的新政策还没落地，需要晚些时候再到总部参观。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>从记者获得的一份合同也可以看出，有投资人以9元/股的价格认购了一张所谓的期权合约，该合约对应22.2222万股，期限18个月，每个月分红达到0.09元/股，也就是每个月分红就有2万元。18个月后以16.38元/股回购。从合同约定来看，该合同应缴资金为200万元，由于投资者可以享受“优先分红”，即一次性拿到未来一年半总计36万的分红，因此只需缴纳164万元本金，到期后便可364万元。而若以164万为本金计算，一年半的收益率可以达到122%，对应年化利率能达80%以上。</FONT></P> color=silver>鼎益丰“三部”办公场所熙熙攘攘，投资者们商量着如何应对危机。记者注意到部分投资者情绪激昂，向佩戴着牌子的工作人员讨要说法，也有个别投资者准备通过法律捍卫自身利益，但还有投资者表示“鼎益丰不能倒下”，声称要同舟共济渡过难关。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>“今年之前，老鼎人是最开心的，最幸福的，但是今年老鼎人是最惨的。”现场，一位支持鼎益丰的投资者说道，她2021年9月开始投的鼎益丰，3年获益1.8倍的产品，现在已经将几百万放进公司了，“公司只要好，我们可以来做（赚钱）很好，如果公司不好，就啥都没了。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>该投资者表示，自己也投了好几百万，非常相信鼎益丰，目前已经加入了公司。“我一个月7万的贷款，现在10月份的分红也没拿到，为什么（还要加入鼎益丰）？公司只要好，我们可以做很好，所以现在这个时候，我们所有人要齐心协力。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>此类言论现场不止一位投资者提及。一位穿着疑似工作人员的投资者表示：“现在还没有崩盘，没崩盘我们就偷着笑，目前来鼎益丰投资的很大部分人，房子、车子、亲戚的钱全部都在这了，不爆就证明还有希望，爆了就连希望都没有了。”</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>然而事实不止于此，记者采访了解到，目前鼎益丰有着“优惠”的拉人措施。王先生对记者指出，目前如果业务员拉新人进去投资，一般至少会给5个点的提成，比如新人投70万，经理就会得到3.5万。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>“现在只要你拉人进来，奖励很高，（鼎益丰）现在越来越疯狂。有些业务员或者包括有些投资者，是为了拉人过来垫底，比如我现在要去取50万出来，那我必须要拉一个50万进来，或者50万以上的进来，不拉的话就不会给钱给我。”王先生对记者说道。</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>鼎益丰销售人员仍在推广产品</FONT></P> <P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>记者调查发现，该集团的业务员通常利用身边的熟人关系来寻找目标投资群体，如同事、亲戚、朋友等，然后通过文化宣讲增加信任，并逐渐将他们发展为客户或者业务员。</FONT></P> <P><FONT See page 9 of the EM document. It's not complicated but is kinda inefficient as it involves passing all parameters on the stack, even on register-centric systems. There is only one calling convention. The EM bytecode system is both the ack's secret weapon but also its greatest weakness at the same time. It allows generic tools that work on all architectures, but also means that all architectures have to follow the same lowest-common-denominator model, even if it makes no sense for that architecture, and the calling convention's one of the things which suffers. It's mainly designed around older memory-centric CPUs with small numbers of registers. There are a couple of modern architecture backends, but it's really not comfortable there! |

There's also a peephole optimiser called top, which can perform simple optimisations on native machine code. |
