I don't mean to take away from David Given's efforts with the above comment.=
  I have found the TACK package as a whole to be pretty smooth (in that=
 compiling errors seem to be minor as opposed to insurmountable), and I do=
 not have enough information to know exactly who is responsible for what so=
 my apologies if I have diminished anyone's contributions.
