Well it's been a long time since I've updated this project page but I've been working quite hard with Tabster. I pretty much scrapped all the old code and started fresh. I wrote a client in Perl/Tk and am currently working on a new protocol. If anybody is still reading this page and has any ideas for a new protocol, I'm all ears (email them to jeffh@cgocable.net).
Hey! Just a note that the project is still very much alive and well. A new protocol is being developed as well as a new website (tabster.org - coming soon).

I can finally use the words Tabster and team in the same sentence :). We have a new member who is working on a windows client in delphi. I'm about to upload v1.5 - DEV which is a client/server bundle. The client is by me, in perl (*NOT* cgi :)). Also, expect some new documentation soon as I've been receiving complaints about the clarity of the current docs.
I completed a client in perl but I'm going to hold off on it because I'm working with a win32 developer who is going to help me make a client for windows. I will release both clients at the same time.

The first version of the server has been released! v1.5 is coming in the next week or so when I straighten out the known bugs.
