#8 Openning all container tabs

I would like an option to have containers open with all
their members (tabs) automatically. Currently, when I
want to send a message to someone in a container, I
have to find his icon in the Miranda main window and
click on it; a faster option would be to click on any
of the container members and then select that someone
from the tabs. It also helps when you have a container
for a few people that you want to start talking to at
the same time...
This should probably be a new option as I know that
some people would probably like to stay with the
current settings. You may even want to make it a
container-specific option (i.e., have a global setting
and have a container-specific flag to override the
default behaviour).
