hotkey to select tab with new msg

I have setup miranda to open the msg dialog with new
msg if I press ctrl + alt + q ( you can set it up in
options -> events -> hotkeys ). But when I already have
the msg window open (I use only 1 container) then
pressing ctrl+alt+q and I have 2 tabs.. 1 active and 1
with an unread message I would like to let the tab with
the unread msg get active when I press ctrl+alt+q
instead of nothing happening.

This is not possible.
tabSRMM provides its own hotkeys for this:
CTRL-SHIFT-U -> switch to the first tab with an unread message
CTRL-SHIFT-R -> switch to the tab with the most recent
unread event.
The hotkeys need to be activated under Options->Message tabs
(use global hotkeys...) and you can also configure the
modifier keys (CTRL-SHIFT, CTRL-ALT or ALT-SHIFT - depending
on your needs if one of the shortcut is already used by
another program).
These hotkeys are global, they work always, even if no
container is active. They also work as an replacement for
CTRL-SHIFT-I (the default miranda hotkey for opening a
message window).
