#1 Disabling the preview window

I would be useful if the preview window could be disabled, so that the default configuration is always used. My application needs to take advantage of TablePad.exe by calling (from the command line) it to open many CSV files to consult. It's annoying (in my application context) to always have to clic ok on the preview window to get access to the data. Or a command line switch could exist to open directly the CSV without the preview.

maybe add an option in the options menu: don't display preview (default profile wil be used)
