#6 Generate MediaWiki-style tables

Would be good if table-generate-source could generate tables in the MediaWiki (i.e., the wiki used by Wikipedia) format.

I'm sure users would find other wiki table styles useful as well.

A comment to whomever tackles this: In order to make the code easier to extend with new formats, it should be refactored so that each format is implemented with a different function or set of functions. Currently, it is a bunch of if/then clauses scattered among multiple functions, switching on the output type.
