I´ve got SeaMonkey 1.1.8 (on XP Home SP 2 with all XP updates available) with the following extensions installed:

Mouse Gestures
IE-Tab
ReminderFox
Forecastfox Enhanced
StatusBar Clock
CuteMenus Crystal SVC
Extension Uninstaller
Tab Effect (the one for SeaMonkey from here: http://xsidebar.mozdev.org/modifiedmisc.html )

As long as Tab Effect is installed, I can´t autoscroll webpages anymore (i.e. click on mouse wheel and move mouse around).
The only remaining direction that works is downwards.

To reproduce this issue do this:

A)
- Open a 1st page in SeaMonkey
- Open a 2nd one in a 2nd instance of SeaMonkey
- Open a 3rd one in a 3rd instance of SeaMonkey
- Try to autoscroll in each direction (only downwards is working in each instance)

B)
- Open a 1st page in SeaMonkey
- Switch to a 2nd tab using Tab Effect
- Open a page in this 2nd tab
- Open a 3rd page in a 2nd instance of SeaMonkey or open it in a 3rd tab (after opening a 3rd tab using Tab Effect a 2nd time)
- Try to autoscroll in each direction (only downwards is working)

- Only closing each instance (or tab) and restarting SeaMonkey fixes this until I do again as mentioned before.

After uninstalling Tab Effect by means of the Extension Uninstaller, the autoscroll feature is ok again (in each of the 4 directions).

How can I solve this issue permanently(!), please?
