#42 Slow on Second Monitor

I am using tab Effect Version 1.1

I have a DELL Optiplex GX620 Running Windows XP SP2 with a P 2.8G cpu and 1 gig of memory and 2 monitors.

The effects are extremely slow on my second monitor. Primary monitor works great.

We have two other stations setup this way in my area and all are behaving the same way. I tried swapping primary / secondary and analog / digital feeds, no effect. second monitor is always slow.
