I don't know of any update of the Squeak VM for WinCE/WM. There is
some info on this page:
http://www.is.titech.ac.jp/~ohshima/squeak/WinCE/
Can you try some of the VMs there and tell us if it works?
With respect to the log file you sent, I'm sorry but I can't make much
sense of it, actually I'm not that used to Squeak so I don't know if
the exception that is reported is the cause of your problem...
