Hi Stefan, yes TaalPulse does run at least on some PDAs, currently the list of devices that are known to work is a bit short: http://taalpulse.net/download.html#InstallPDA As far as I'm concerned I'm running it on a Compaq iPaq 3970 under Linux and it works fine. I know that some people managed to make it work on Windows Mobile 6 devices, and some people had problems make it work on Windows Mobile 5 devices. As far as exact requirements are concerned, I must say that I don't really know what is the minimum, but the 3970 is a rather old device so I guess that with respect to hardware, anything with the same characteristics should be good enough.
