#1 swig python patch for ta-lib-0.2.0 release

This patch is for ta-lib-0.2.0 release version.
It's barely enough to pass 'make' and runtests.py
No new features.

I removed TA_ParamHolderTag in ta_abstrict.h
and TA_StringTableTag in ta_common.h.
I can't figure out why Swig generates weird
functions when the tags are there.
