#6 GUI improvements

The current T42 graphical user interface is quite sloppy. We want T42 to be as usable as possible. The user interface is an important factor to achieve this. We are very open for any kind of improvement or modification on the existing GUI in every respect. For example it might be more usable to put the detailed route overview _before_ the select route alternative view and always take the first route by default. This way we save one keystroke. If the user wants to select another route he shall have an opportunity to do so. Also the buttons should be substituted by consistent more beautiful images.
