It's included with dl t38modem-2.0.0.tgz together with opal-24174.tgz, it seems to replace 'end = val;' with 'end = val-1;' at l 1366 of /opal/src/sip/sippdu.cxx
So, if it's needed, then why isn't sippdu.cxx already patched with it; if it's not needed; then why is included with the dl; if it's option (but, it looks like a fixed typo) what is the function it adds or removes???
I've searched high and low (well, google) and have found diddlie squat, none of the make recipies for t38modem seem to mention it - so, what's for?
