Hi,

since Deutsche Telekom want to deactivate ISDN, I'm trying to use HylaFAX over VoIP...
I found t38modem, but it seems not to work...

I installed t38modem 1.2.1 from Launchpad on a Ubuntu Lucid (10.04).
I have an Asterisk on an virtual machine to test the connection. Asterisk runs without problem if I try to call two extensions with VoIP-phones.

Well, I start t38modem with these parameters:

/usr/bin/t38modem -tttt --no-h323 --force-fax-mode --no-force-t38-mode --sip-register 1111@172.16.34.132,<my password=""> --ptty +/dev/ttyT38-0 --route "modem:.=sip:@172.16.34.132;transport=tcp" --route sip:.=modem:

When I start faxgetty on ttyT38-0 I got these errors by t38modem:
