The ones in /user images are okay to remove, but we should also remove the associated manuscripts, folio, projects, and projectfolios in the TPEN database as well. If I recall, the directory name is the manuscript ID number and the other updates can be found from there. It doesn't have to be done immediately, but should be scheduled.
