I have to report increasing difficulties in loading images from Parker-on-the-Web in T-Pen.
Most of the time CCC410 does not open at all.
It may be related to the fact that there is more than one person working on the same image (but that should not be a problem after all, isn't it?)

Giuliano, thanks for the heads up. Can you add tpen help to the project as a switchboard. This will help us look at it. If there is a problem loading the image from parker then everyone is effected however if it has been loaded into tpen it should still be cached for use for a few weeks. I am not sure about multiple users at once. How long have the issues being going on?
