probably would be a lot of work, but some sort of
administration for overall site settings, eg. site
name, what modules to have in left/right columns, start
page, default style sheet, and other sitewide settings.
shouldn't be too much work, just a generic page of settings
and update button updates whatever has changed. thumbnail
size and number of photos per page might be good ones too.
