You don't need to mess with that unless you plan to
write your own Python programs. SystemSpecifyer is
written in the interpreted programming language Python,
and you need Python installed on your computer to run
a Python program, just as you need Java runtimes
installed to run a program written in Java.

Yes we do! ;) Double-click on SystemSpecifyer.py.
