#43 'mksirange' requires --ipstart

the manual page states the '--ipstart' should default
to 10.0.0.1 if
not supplied. this seems to bark if not provided. man
page or code
fix? ;)

one node already installed w/ 192.168.152.x series ip,
if leave off
--ipstart xxx it barks about required field (not sure
if does on fresh/empty
ODR).
