#2 sc_trace type conversion issue in NT/VC6.0

Hi all,
I believe, that in the sc_trace routine for NT/VC6.0 exist an internal error in the type conversion. Due to this error the length attribute has an incorrect value (some trash-value). This cause the exception "array length mismatch". I'll try to correct this, but also I invite other (i'm not C++ expert) to participate :-).

Any comments would also be appreciated. (e)
Especially if you can generate trace-file (of non-zero size) under NT/VC please write this to me.
