and today I got it to build using Allegro 4.2 on Windows!

I managed to get a hold of Thierry Lescot, and he's granted my request.

Off course, you can update and improve it in any way you want, it would be a pleasure for me to see it alive again !

So I'll update the license, and start work on getting this emulator out of MS-DOS, and into the future!
