Sysoptimizer is a free, open-source tune-up and debloat tool for Windows 11 and 10 that shows what it changes and can change it back.
It has 16 tweaks. Each one shows whether it is already applied, and each can be reverted from the same tab. The cleanup measures seven folders before it deletes anything, among them the user and Windows temp folders and the Windows Update cache.
The other tabs cover ten services, with their state and a line on what each one does, startup programs, the removal of pre-installed apps, installs and updates through winget, and DNS.
It is one .exe with nothing to install, and it asks for administrator rights because the changes need them. MIT licence, no ads, no telemetry.
