In our productive setup we encountered various issued after migrating our Teamwork Cloud based projects from 19.0SP4 to 2021x. These issues were linked to the fact that the profile "MD Customization for SYSMOD.mdzip" which is used by "SYSMOD.mdzip" is not flagged as a "Standard/System profile" in the "Project Properties". Dassault Support has advised us to tick this flag which should prevent our issues in the future. You might want to consider doing so for any future updates.
