Hello,

i fixed a problem in realtion to Windows Linefeed. Since i've seen that version 0.1 and 0.3 showing this problem. Assuming this syslog should mainly run on windows the line feed should set to CR + LF, instead of a single LF.

Since version 0.3 is buggy i work and tested it only on version 0.1.
