#2 Syslog does not change Date in File Name

Config Line: <destination name="ZyXEL" file="%Y_%M_%D.zyx" rotate="daily" backlogs="365"/>
When daily rotation is turned on, sometimes syslog does not changes the FIle Name, according to the Variables. instead it adds a ".1" at the End sometimes. syslog tends to rotate at 2:00 in the Morning. this is the DST/GMT Time offset in Europe (in summer) I guess, you are working with UTC time, which is actually fine, but then the File name Date Variables should be in UTC too.
