Second try of a second version

Today I commited the new try of a second version of SysIcon to the SVN repository (in /svnroot/sysicon/branches/2). I also commited a file release, before I forget about that.

So far there are still features missing that were present in Version 1.x (e.g. the icon library features) and it's not throughly tested but there are dozens of new changable icons and many of them can be edited per user.
But I have to add that especially the last bunch of icons in the list is neither tested nor may it be meaningful... the list is far from completed.
But as the icons list is now stored in an XML-file that goes with the .exe file it is possible to commit changes very easily, without even re-installing (or rather unzipping the executables...)

SysIcon 2.x is written in C# and thus works on the .net platform. This means Win95 has been dropped and there may be restrictions on operating systems prior to Win2000 but I did not test it. Simply try it out and please let me know.

There are three downloads:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sysicon/sysicon-source-2.0.2603.zip - source code (Visual C# 2005 Express project)
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sysicon/sysicon-executables-2.0.2603.zip - a zip file with the executable files (the minimum neccessary files plus localizing sattelite assemblies)
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sysicon/sysicon-clickonceinstaller-2.0.2603.zip - and a zip containing ClickOnce-Installer setup files. Use the latter if you are not sure, whether you have installed .net Framework 2.0. Else the executables should be sufficient.
